FAQ
-
We recommend starting with our Gentle Flow class.
Pilates is different from most forms of training, so building a strong understanding of the fundamentals is key. This class will help you learn the basics before progressing to more challenging sessions. -
Everyone is different, so there’s no set timeframe. We recommend listening to your body — once you feel confident with the exercises, understand the repertoire, and have a good grasp of your form and breathing, you can progress into Flow.
-
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a class. This helps us offer your space to someone on the waitlist and allows our instructors to plan their sessions effectively.
If this is your first time cancelling outside of our policy, we are happy to return the credit — please email admin@elevatepilates.uk.
For any further late cancellations, the credit will be lost and a no-show fee may be charged.
This policy excludes emergencies, and we always encourage you to get in touch if something unexpected arises.
-
If you miss a class without cancelling, we completely understand that things can happen — so for your first no-show, we will allow this.
However, for any future no-shows, a £6 no-show fee will be charged to your account.
This policy is in place to be fair to both our instructors, who put time and energy into planning each class, and to other clients who may have been waiting for a space via the waitlist.
-
When a space becomes available, everyone on the waitlist will receive an email notification offering the spot. The space will be given to the first person who confirms and accepts the booking.
-
You will not be charged while on the waitlist.
You will only be charged or have a credit used once you are moved into a confirmed space in the class.
-
To cancel a class, please download the Elevate Pilates LTD app and log into your account.
From there:
Go to the Classes section
Select the class you are booked into
Click the Cancel button
-
Yes, you can book more than one person into a class using your account.
To do this:
Go to the timetable and select the class you’d like to book
Click the Book button
Use the “Bring a Friend” toggle and press the + button to add another person
If you have enough active credits, these will be used first. If not, the system will then proceed to charge for the additional booking.
-
As a boutique studio, we recommend arriving 5 minutes before your class starts.
If it’s your first time at the studio, please aim to arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can show you around, talk you through the equipment, and make sure you feel comfortable before your class begins.
-
There are parking spaces available behind Sainsbury’s and near the primary school across the road.
As Perth Road can be quite busy, we recommend allowing a little extra time to find parking before your class.
-
Yes, we offer gift cards which can be purchased through the store section on the Elevate Pilates LTD app. These are available in set amounts.

No — your credits do not expire. Any unused credits will roll over into the next month, so you won’t lose them.
-
To cancel your membership, please email admin@elevatepilates.uk and we will arrange this for you.
Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment, so cancellations can only be processed once this period has been completed.
We ask that you provide at least two weeks’ notice before your next payment is due, to ensure your request is received and processed in time.
If your membership renews and payment has already been taken, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.

We don’t currently offer dedicated prenatal classes. However, we do have the equipment and experienced instructors who can modify exercises to suit your needs.
We recommend attending our Gentle Flow classes, as these are slower paced and more adaptable. It’s important that you are medically cleared for exercise before attending.
We also ask that you get in touch with us beforehand, so we can carry out an additional screening and ensure we can tailor the session in the safest and most beneficial way for you.
