Cécile is a 3rd Generation Pilates Teacher, qualified through the comprehensive Lolita’s LegacyTM program at Bälans Pilates Studio near Perth.
Former scientist and martial artist with a passion for human movement, she loves to experiment with exercise variations and will quietly encourage you to explore your own range of mobility and new ways of moving. You will become stronger, more aware of your movements and posture, and more at ease in your body.

For me, Pilates is about moving with purpose and celebrating what your body can do. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me exploring coffee shops or spending time with loved ones.
Francesca discovered her love for Reformer Pilates in Sydney, where it transformed her running by building strength, flexibility, and injury resilience. Her classes blend dynamic, full-body flows with a focus on strength, control, and mobility — think planks, lunges, and upper-body work delivered with energy and purpose. With upbeat playlists and a sharp eye for technique, Francesca brings fun, fire, and empowerment to every session.
I am a fully certified and comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, and my classes focus on mindful, precise movement that builds strength, confidence, and deeper connection to your body. Breath is central to my teaching, and my intention is for you to leave every class feeling taller, stronger, and more aligned.
Pilates taught me how to slow down, really feel each movement, and move with intention rather than rushing to finish. Through that process, I learned to listen to my body, understand my form, and cultivate a powerful sense of control and awareness. I aim to help my clients feel that same confidence and connection.
