I am a fully certified and comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, and my classes focus on mindful, precise movement that builds strength, confidence, and deeper connection to your body. Breath is central to my teaching, and my intention is for you to leave every class feeling taller, stronger, and more aligned.
Pilates taught me how to slow down, really feel each movement, and move with intention rather than rushing to finish. Through that process, I learned to listen to my body, understand my form, and cultivate a powerful sense of control and awareness. I aim to help my clients feel that same confidence and connection.
