Angel is our leading instructor and a certified Level 4 Pilates Practitioner. With her bubbly, fun, and energetic personality, she creates an inspiring atmosphere in every class. Passionate about helping you succeed, she will always push and motivate you to achieve your goals—big or small.

My interest in Pilates started in 2014 when I was visiting Australia.  There were Pilates studios, it seemed, on every corner, even in small towns and I was intrigued, what were these small groups of people doing to look so fit, happy and healthy?  If you’ve tried Pilates then you know the answer and if you haven’t, then you need to!

Former scientist and martial artist, Cécile is a comprehensively trained Pilates Teacher with a passion for human movement. She will quietly encourage you to channel your inner child and explore your range of mobility and new ways of moving. You will become stronger, more aware of your movements and posture, and more comfortable in your body. Come and play with her!

Pilates allowed me to heal my mindset towards exercise - there’s beauty in the relationship of being strong in a gym setting & flowing with intention on the mat or reformer I have been coaching girls for almost a year now & am honoured to have made an impact to their views on fitness. Embarking on this new chapter of teaching the art of Pilates, I hope to share my story, to encourage woman to move their bodies in a way that brings strength, empowerment and tranquillity.
